Nayanthara donates Rs 20 lakh to FEFSI to help daily wage workers amid Coronavirus pandemic
Showbiz has taken a hit amid Coronavirus pandemic. But, celebrities from all industries are coming together, making donations to help the daily wage workers during this crisis. Nayanthara has donated Rs. 20 lakh to Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI) to help the workers in need.
Amongst the celebrities, Aishwarya Rajesh has contributed Rs. 1 lakh to Tamil industry workers. Even Vijay Sethupathi and Sivakarthikeyan have made donations.
India is currently under lockdown. Films and TV shoots have been halted in the country. Depending on the situation, the members of FEFSI might continue the shoot.
