Vipul Amrutlal Shah launches new music label ‘Sunshine Music’; first song ‘Shubhaarambh’ gets launched at Siddhivinayak Temple

Vipul Amrutlal Shah is stepping into a new creative chapter with the launch of his music label, Sunshine Music, an extension of his production house, Sunshine Pictures. The filmmaker, known for delivering films backed by strong storytelling and memorable soundtracks, is now establishing a dedicated platform to discover and promote emerging musical talent.

The label’s debut track, ‘Shubhaarambh’, was unveiled during a special ceremony at Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak Temple. Vipul Amrutlal Shah and actor Shefali Shah attended the event, marking what the team described as a meaningful and symbolic beginning for the new venture. With the release of ‘Shubhaarambh’, Sunshine Music aims to set the foundation for the kind of diverse and high-quality music it intends to highlight going forward.

 

The project is co-produced by Aashin A. Shah, with Suresh Thomas leading the music vertical as Head of Music. Thomas is overseeing the creative development and rollout of Sunshine Music’s slate, including its first track. According to the team, the label will focus on a range of genres and provide a structured space for both new and established artistes to collaborate.

 

Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s films have often featured soundtracks that resonated strongly with audiences, with titles such as Namastey London, London Dreams, Action Replayy, and Singh Is Kinng remembered for their musical appeal. His consistent emphasis on pairing narrative with impactful music has been a recurring element across his projects. The launch of Sunshine Music marks a natural extension of this approach, giving the filmmaker a focused avenue to build and curate music beyond the constraints of film projects.

 

 

The new label is positioned to function as an independent platform, identifying fresh voices and offering them creative opportunities under a structured banner. While details of the upcoming releases are yet to be revealed, the team indicates that multiple tracks across varied genres are already in development.

 

With ‘Shubhaarambh’ now officially out, Sunshine Music begins its journey with a devotional note and aims to build a catalogue that reflects a blend of new talent, diverse sounds and consistent quality.
