Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has once again delivered her much-awaited dose of Monday workout motivation to her fans. Keeping up with her tradition of sharing her fitness journey on social media, Shilpa took to her social media to post a clip of herself engaging in a challenging exercise that targeted both strength and core. Her dedication and commitment to her fitness routine left her fans in awe.

Shilpa Shetty provided a boost of Monday morning motivation to everyone by sharing a glimpse of her enjoyable workout session on her Instagram. In the video, the actress can be observed picking up a roll of tissue paper from the floor, tossing it behind her, and attempting to catch it between her legs. She maintained a cheerful demeanour throughout the exercise, clearly having a great time. Dressed in black, red, and grey workout attire, she performs the activity in a gym setting. Sharing the post, she wrote in caption, “The #TissueRollCatchChallenge

 

I wasn’t successful… and sometimes it’s ok not to be; as long as you tried and gave it your best shot!

 

The plus points here; I still burnt some serious calories because it’s tiring for the brain and body both But, I had loads of fun

 

Perfect timing is paramount if you want to succeed. The synchronisation of all our muscles at that perfect time is key. Also, it’s great for hand-eye coordination & reflexes, and it’s a good stretch for the back.
