Preity Zinta shares a throwback photo with husband Gene Goodenough
Actor and PBKS owner Preity Zinta, who is currently in India for the Indian Premier League (IPL), shared an old photo with her husband Gene Goodenough. On Monday, she posted the vacation picture of the couple on Instagram.
In the photo, Preity sat on Gene Goodenough’s lap while he sat on a chair on a deck by a lake. Preity wore a black outfit, and Gene was dressed in a blue shirt and white pants. Sharing the picture, Preity captioned the post, “Monday mood (red heart and evil eye amulet emojis).” She added the hashtags #patiParmeshwar and #ting. Preity also included the song ‘Beautiful Life’ by Mentol as the background music.
Reacting to the post, actress Manisha Koirala commented, “Sweet!!!” with a red heart emoji. Actress Celina Jaitly commented with a red heart and evil eye emoji.
Fans drew comparisons between Gene’s looks and cricketer Brett Lee. One fan commented, “Just for a moment, I saw Brett Lee,” while another wrote, “Brett Lee!! Is that you?” A third fan added, “Made for each other. God bless you always.”
Recently, Preity posted a picture on Instagram with her children, Jai and Gia. In the caption, she wrote, “Home is where the heart is & right now, I’m definitely missing home! Counting the days before I see them (Red heart and heart eyes emojis) #Ting!” She also geo-tagged the location as My Happy Place.
Preity Zinta married Gene Goodenough in 2016, and on November 11, 2021, they welcomed their twins, a son named Jai and a daughter named Gia, through surrogacy. Preity is now set to make her Bollywood return with Rajkumar Santoshi’s Lahore 1947, a significant milestone in her career as she returns to the silver screen after a break. The film also features Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, and Karan Deol. Preity’s last film appearance was in Bhaiaji Superhit (2018) alongside Sunny Deol, and she also had a cameo role in an episode of the ABC series Fresh Off The Boat.
