Known for her compelling on-screen performances, Mona Singh is now opening up about something more personal — the quiet struggles behind the spotlight. Recently, she shared moments of sleeplessness, restlessness, and emotional fatigue — feelings many of us quietly carry.
But this isn’t a story about breakdown. It’s about breakthrough. Recognizing the need to pause, Mona turned to an emotional wellness platform offering 24/7 access to mental health and holistic well-being experts. What followed was a powerful journey of reflection, self-care, and renewed purpose.
Sharing her thoughts on the issue, Mona said in the video shared by the brand, “If you see most of the women who go for stress test, they are either borderline, or crossed borderline or beyond repair. So, please, please lookout for yourself. Take that time off. Go out. Have fun. Really. Life is much more to just suffering or being the victim. Change it. Change your story. Change your narrative. Be the hero of your own story.”
Mona is now channeling that journey through a heartfelt digital mini-series. In it, she shares honest conversations about mental health and emotional wellness, the importance of rest, and how simply asking for help can be a game-changer.
On the work front, Mona’s web show Mistry was recently released on JioHotstar. It also stars Ram Kapoor, Shikha Talsania and Kshitish Date.
