In Bollywood Hungama’s Bollywood Hangout, Ananya Panday got talking about women heading show, including Uorfi’ show, Follow Kar Lo Yaar, which released recently. A picture of Ananya Panday and Urfi Javed posing together recently went viral.

 

When asked about what she liked about Uorfi, Ananya said, “I think Uorfi is just fearless. She has really fought for her place, which I think is amazing. She has not let anything stop her. She doesn’t care about people’s judgement. She is very clear about what she wants, and I think that having that fearless ‘Go Get’ attitude is amazing. I am a huge fan.”

 

Ananya even said that she would like to collaborate with Uorfi to promote Call Me Bae. “She is really out there, cool and gudsy,” said the actress.

 

 

Call Me Bae, directed by Collin D'Cunha and written by Ishita Moitra, is a light-hearted comedy-drama set against the contrasting settings of Delhi's high society and Mumbai's fast-paced lifestyle. Dharmatic Entertainment has produced the series, while its executive producers include Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Somen Mishra.

 

The show's ensemble cast includes Vir Das, Gurfateh Pirzada, Varun Sood, Vihaan Samat, Muskkaan Jaferi, Niharika Lyra Dutt, Lisa Mishra, and Mini Mathur in key roles. It released on Prime Video on September 6, 2024, in Hindi, with dubs in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
