After much anticipation, the teaser of Animal released on September 29, leaving Ranbir Kapoor fans enthralled. The movie is expected to be a gangster drama set against the backdrop of high-adrenaline action and violence. With Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role, Bobby Deol was introduced as the ‘enemy of Animal’, the lead antagonist of the movie. Amid many Bollywood insiders who couldn’t stop gushing about this intense glimpse of the movie, it was Bobby’s half sister Esha Deol who gave him a loud shoutout for the film on social media.

Readers would be aware that a lot has been written about the Deol family, especially after Dharmendra married Hema Malini. While the two families have not been spotted together at occasions and functions, for many years now, the Deol brothers and sisters have revealed about their cordial relationship. Adding to the same, Esha Deol, who even attended the Gadar 2 screening with Sunny and Bobby Deol, has now once again come in support of Bobby for Animal. Taking to her Instagram story, Esha posted the teaser of the film and captioned it saying, “Wait for the last shot… epic @bobby deol”.

 

 

For the unversed, the teaser is seen giving glimpses of Ranbir Kapoor and his character of a wealthy man who is set out to prove to his father, his worth by walking a path filled with guns and blood. While it also gives a sneak peek into the characters played by Rashmika Mandanna and Anil Kapoor, it introduces the ‘enemy’ Bobby Deol only in the last few seconds.

 

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal, which also features Triptii Dimri, Siddhant Karnick, among others, is slated for release in multiple languages including Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Telugu, on December 1.
