Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2: Will the secret of his father’s death destroy the love between Ram and Priya?

In the recently released promo of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, we can see a distraught Priya confronting her mother about the night of Ram’s father’s death. Priya is worried that the secrets hidden behind the death of her father-in-law may destroy her relationship with Ram. She already knows that her father is responsible for Ram Kapoor’s father’s demise. But what further secrets will she unveil when she digs deeper?

The precap features Priya confronting her mother Mrs. Sood regarding her brother-in-law Varun. She states that when Mr. Sood (her father) brought in Varun that night to get her sister Sara married to him, they never did a background check. He had then told them that he was a mere accountant. But she feels whatever has happened is not just a mere thing. She says that she doesn’t trust her father but she trusts her mother. So, she asks her mother when Sir aka her father told them that Varun works for him, did he mean that he does the same kind of illegal, corrupt work that her father used to do? She asks her mother if she ever got a hint if her brother-in-law Varun is the same as her father? Was there anything that hinted that Varun and Sir were involved with Shashi? She goes on to rant that she knows that Shashi was involved in Senior Kapoor’s death and if her family members involvement is true, she firmly states to her mother that she will have to tell it to Ram.

 

Her mother immediately turns around and asks her daughter to trust her. She promises that she would never lie about something like that and that she thinks that even though Varun did work with Mr. Sood, he was never like Mr. Sood. She asks her not to doubt someone so good, not to doubt someone who married her sister who was pregnant out of wedlock. She asks her to trust a man who accepted someone else’s child as his own. She assures her mother that she is not saying that Varun is a bad person but she wants to know if he is involved in this any way. Because if he is, she is worried that this would be the end for her and for Sara! She goes on to add that she loves Ram very much and cannot afford to stay away from him or lose what they have. The precap ends with Priya hugging her mother and crying inconsolably.
