Amitabh Bachchan, amidst rumours of hospitalization, resurfaced on Instagram, dismissing speculations as ‘fake news’. In his first post since the reports emerged, he shared an image featuring himself, his son Abhishek Bachchan, and cricket icon Sachin Tendulkar from the ISPL 2024 final. The photo swiftly went viral, amidst the internet chatter about Big B’s hospitalization.

In the caption, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “What a humbling experience this evening at the ISPL FINALS, to have spent time with the GREAT SACHIN .. and to learn and admire his incredible knowledge about Cricket.”

 

 

 

Reports surfaced Friday of Amitabh Bachchan's hospitalization at Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital, purportedly for an angioplasty. Hospital sources clarified that it was merely a routine check-up. Later, leaving the ISPL finals, Bachchan gestured assurance with a hand signal when queried about his health by a spectator. Subsequently, he verbally dismissed the rumors, labelling them as "fake news."

 

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will soon be seen in Kalki 2898 AD with Kamal Haasan, Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. Besides this, he also has Section 84, Vettaiyan with Rajinikanth and Hindi remake of The Intern.
