Sunny Deol in Border sequel

Border (1997) was a heart wrenching tale of warfare and its consequences which was inspired from the 1971 Indo-Pak war. Director J P Dutta who is already helming a sequel to this war film, recently announced that Sunny Deol who played the role of a Sikh commanding officer in the prequel, will be a part of the second installment too.

Dutta also claimed that Sunny would not only play an integral part in the film but will once again be seen in the role of a commanding officer. But the only difference will be that this time, he will not play a Sikh. The film is said to be inspired from a series of real life events.

 

While the rest of the cast is yet to be finalized, the movie is set to go on floor by the end of October.
