Independence Day is always keenly looked forward to by Bollywood filmmakers to release their big budget films and 2015 is no exception. In fact, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up to hit the box office next year on Independence Day weekend, with Yash Raj Film's Fan.

We also hear that Shah Rukh Khan therefore would now start shooting for YRF's Fan once he wraps up the promotional activities of Happy New Year. In fact, a puja for the film was organized by the makers to kick off the shoot schedule of the film along with Shah Rukh Khan.

As far as Excel Entertainment's Raees goes, Shah Rukh Khan will start shooting for the film after he wraps up Fan.
