'Maharathi' shelved?

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision has dropped the idea of making a film based on the play MAHARATHI. First Bachchan opted out of the film, then finding a replacement took time and now the makers have decided to drop the film. Yes, we've dropped the film, Dhaval Jatania confirms. Meanwhile, Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision's co-production with Suniel Shetty's company Popcorn has been titled HASNA MANA HAI.
