Karisma's estranged husband files petition for kids' custody

Rumours of Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur's marriage hitting rock bottom has been surfacing for quite some time now. While the two haven't been spotted together for quite a while, Karisma seems to be enjoying her motherhood with her kids Samaira and Kiaan. However, now buzz is that Sunjay has demanded the custody of the children.

 

A petition for the same has been filed against Karisma Kapoor at the Family Court in Bandra by Sunjay's lawyers Jalaja Nambiar, Narayan Suvarna and Radhika Mehta. The couple hasn't gone public about the divorce or the ongoing battle of custody and even the lawyers are maintaining secrecy about the details of the case.

Sunjay Kapoor married Karisma Kapoor in the year 2003 and their daughter Samaira was born in 2005 and son Kiaan was born in 2010.
