On Sunday, the highly-anticipated trailer for Kamal Haasan's upcoming theatrical release, the Tamil action thriller Vikram was unveiled, much to the delight of the superstar's fans and moviegoers. The Lokesh Kanagaraj directorial, which also features a star-studded cast of Fahadh Faasil, Vijay Sethupathi and Suriya in a cameo role, promises to be a high-octane action thriller involving cops and gangsters. The film will be released in theatres on June 3. The teaser promises a triangle battle pitting the three experienced performers against one other. On Sunday, Vijay Sethupati and Vikram's team joined Kamal Haasan for the film's trailer launch.

Kamal Hassan, the Universal actor, looked exceedingly suave in a black über cool jacket that he wore to the trailer launch. The jacket was exclusively designed for him that goes with movie theme “Code Red”. For the uninitiated, a teaser video of Vikram featuring Kamal Haasan and the words "code red" played out on May 11th, and the mystery behind the words will only be understood when the film is released. The jacket is entirely hand painted, featuring elements from the movies such as firearms, explosions and gangsters. The initial V on the jacket which is adorned with metal spikes also denotes the film's title, Vikram. There are zip elements, flap pockets, cross rings lace up and notch lapels on the jacket. Amritha Ram styled and created the look. The actor wore the jacket with black pants and a black shirt underneath. With his thick moustache and beard, he completed his ensemble with black shoes and a wristwatch.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Vikram is set to release on June 3, 2022 and Kamal will also be seen in movie Indian 2, which has been stalled for the last few months.
