On Wednesday, while Jr NTR took to social media to announce the wrap up of his much-awaited film Devara: Part 1 in Hyderabad, it seems that the actor maintained silence about injuring his hand recently. Although the actor did not sustain it during the shoot of the film, we hear that the incident happened a few days ago when he was working out in the gym. However, in order to assure the concerned fans, the team of the Telugu superstar has issued an official statement wherein they have asserted that the actor is recovering.
Jr NTR’s team reveals that the actor completes shoot despite the injury
It so happened that the actor sprained his wrist while working out in the gym recently. However, despite the immense pain, we hear that Jr NTR was keen on completing the shoot of Devara and continued without hindering the same. In an official statement issued by his team, it said, “Mr. NTR @tarak9999 has sustained a minor sprain to his left wrist a couple of days ago while working out in the gym. His hand has been immobilised with a cast as a precautionary measure.” The team lauded his dedication and added, “Despite the injury Mr. NTR has completed the shoot for Devara last night and is now recuperating. The cast will be off in a couple of weeks and he will be back at work soon.” The note also requested everyone to refrain from spreading fake rumours about the injury. “In the meantime, we request that speculation regarding this minor injury is avoided,” it concluded.
About Jr NTR’s upcoming projects
A lot of expectations are riding on Devara: Part 1 as it marks the return of Jr NTR in theatres after the grand success of RRR. The film will mark the Telugu debut of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan and is directed by Kortala Siva. It is slated for release on September 27 in multiple languages including Hindi.
