His training program has been designed, keeping his health problems in mind. Bachchan, who has been an asthmatic patient since about fifteen years, hasn't used the pump since he started training along with yoga. So looks like his training certainly worked out for the best!

It was Jaya Bachchan who was first training with Vrinda Mehta. Upon seeing Vrinda's work, Amitabh Bachchan too decided to train with her! Jaya Bachchan and Vrinda Mehta's first meeting was on the sets of Karan Johar's Kal Ho Na Ho. And from then on, the duo hit it off. Jaya affectionately calls Vrinda 'Hitler.'
