Preity Zinta shares picture with her honorary doctorate certificate; reveals why she does not use doctor in her name 

On Thursday, actress Preity Zinta took to her Instagram handle and shared an old picture of herself posing with her honorary doctorate of Arts certificate. Along with the picture, she also revealed why she does not use doctor as a prefix to her name. 

In the picture, Preity is seen posing with her honorary doctorate certificate wearing a blue graduation gown and hat. "Look what I found in my photos. So grateful to the University of East London for this incredible honour ???? Now I joke & tell my friends “Trust me I’m a doctor ????” but never use the Doc in my name in honour of all those doctors that worked hard for this achievement ????#DoctorateofArts #Honorary #humbled #throwbackthursday #ting," she captioned the picture.
