The Ambanis had yet another lavish wedding in their family. After daughter Isha Ambani’s marriage to Anand Piramal, the grand wedding of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s eldest son Akash Ambani got married to diamond merchant Russel Mehta’s daughter Shloka Mehta in a grand ceremony. As many A-listers were flown in to Switzerland for pre-wedding festivities, the wedding and reception took place at Reliance Jio Garden in Mumbai on Saturday followed by a star-studded reception on Sunday.

American band Maroon 5 headlined by the main vocalist Adam Levine performed at the wedding reception. After Beyonce's stunning performance at Isha Ambani's wedding, The Chainsmokers and Coldplay's performance at the sangeet of Akash Ambani and Shloka Ambani, Maroon 5 performed at the Ambani wedding. The guests were seen grooving to the beats of their songs as they performed on their several hits including 'Girls Like You'. The couple also did their first dance while Maroon 5 performed.

The wedding saw many guests having a gala time with each other including Arjun Kapoor, Karan Johar, Sidharth Malhotra, Kriti Sanon, Lara Dutta, Dia Mirza, Riteish Deshmukh, Mika Singh, Hardik Pandya.

The wedding reception of Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta was attended by several celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aaradhya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar, Juhi Chawla, Kriti Sanon, Shilpa Shetty, Padmini Kolhapure among others.
