The world of tractors is set to witness Bollywood style marketing. Come October 2002 and two of Bollywood's biggest stars Amitabh Bachchan and Sunny Deol, will be seen as brand ambassadors for Escorts' range of tractors. The advertising, featuring the duo, is expected to break out soon in the print and TV media. According to company officials, studies showed that the Escorts brand stood for a powerful feel and reliability, traits that Big B stood for. As far as Sunny goes, his `Punjab-daa-Putar' image symbolises power and maximum productivity.
