in one word... READY is "entertaining n humorous"... to start with, the movie starts with "character dheela hai" vch makes whistles blow all over...
u guys must be reading reviews by critics vch say that the first half is not much interesting,, its nothin like dat, its jus dat the audience goes vt such huge expectaions that the first half gets burdened by those expectations but yet,the first half is very gud with all the cameos of sanjay,ajay,kangana and then the movie continous with Salman n Manoj joshi [salman's chachu] doing humorus scenes, humour is brought up mainly by Salman by his "kamina" image n his "kamina" pranks,,, but yes, ther r some jokes in 1st half vch dnt make every1 laugh cos some scenes and one-liners are for kids intentionally like thers a line "jungle me bhayanak uncle" n some like these...
now starts the second half,,, whr enters Paresh rawal n the "gunda" gang... n the laugh riot vch Paresh Rawal n Salman khan's chemistry takes u is the soul of the movie... i bet in the second half, u wont even want to pick ny important call or u even want to bother about th time... u jus wud laugh, laugh and laugh nd excited to see more n more funny scenes...
about performances, Salman is the soul of the movie,, however... the movie is such that Salman has to just deliver the dialogues with his "kamina" type character in the movie n everything els is jus situational comedy..... amongst the supporting cast, Paresh Rawal, Sudesh Lahiri, Manoj Joshi [gets limited scope] but effective are the ones who make u laugh... Asin was not even required in the movie, any actress cud hav done that role
last word? GO FOR THE MOVIE WITH YOUR FAMILY, you vl love it, ur parents, ur wife n ur kids all are gonna laugh n love it all over... and yes its mindless
