Highway: How a horrifying abduction turns into mesmerizing journey on a highway to Kashmir is a sweet story of Imtiaz Ali’s new outing. Opening credits starts with an innovative idea of showcasing a glimpse of all places, which will be shown throughout the film. Imtiaz Ali has tried to convey a very nice social message about child molestation. The movie is a visual treat and worth experiencing in cinema. Randeep Hooda as Mahabir has outperformed his role in the movie and should get the recognition for the hard work. Alia Bhatt as Veera is a new talent coming out in the Bollywood town. After student of the year this is a full fledge role where she has done a full justice to Veera's character. The best scenes are Veera’s abduction, Veera’s first interaction with Mahabir and later sharing her uncle’s shocking story, Veera and Aadoo dancing on English song, and the climax. Surprisingly songs are syncing really well in the movie. Overall Highway is a very well made movie and deserves 3.5 stars!
