Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala pre-wedding ceremony kicks-off as Haldi pics go viral

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala, who recently rang in the birthday of the former earlier this month, are all set to tie the knot next week. And it seems that the pre-wedding celebrations of the actors have already kicked off with friends and family in attendance. Photos of their Haldi ceremony have found its way online and is going viral on social media platforms.

It is a known fact that the couple have been insisting on celebrating their wedding as per Telugu traditions. On November 29, Friday, the couple’s families hosted a lavish Haldi ceremony which had the entire Dhulipala, Akkineni, and Daggubati family in attendance. Going by the photos, it seems that the actress wore two different outfits. While the first one was yellow where she was seen sitting on a large urli where she was showered with the turmeric paste, water, and rose petals, in another photo she was seen sitting alongside Naga Chaitanya in a red saree.

 

Readers would be aware that Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are planning an intimate wedding, which even though will be a lavish affair, will have only close friends and families in attendance. Recently as Naga Chaitanya was seen expressing his excitement about the wedding as he said, “I am really looking forward to and excited for the wedding day, going through all the rituals and watching the families come together. The wedding is happening in Annapurna Studios, a very special and sentimental venue for the family, which makes it even more important that all the arrangements flow well and memorable for everyone. All in all, there is a lot of excitement and healthy nervousness in me. It’s going to be an elaborate and lavish wedding in terms of the rituals that we are going to follow. Sobhita’s family has taken keen interest in this and I’m totally looking forward to the experience. It’s a very intimate guest list with only immediate family and friends”.
