Resident Evil Reimagined follows Bryan, played by Austin Abrams, a medical courier who unexpectedly finds himself caught in a terrifying night. What starts as a routine assignment soon turns into a fight for survival as chaos unfolds around him and he struggles to stay alive.
The film offers a new cinematic interpretation of the iconic franchise while retaining several elements that have defined Resident Evil over the years. Survival, limited resources, mutations and a terrifying outbreak form part of the film’s central premise, aiming to offer a tense experience for both longtime fans and newcomers.
Zach Cregger, known for directing Barbarian and Weapons, brings his approach to horror to the franchise. The film is expected to combine suspense, escalating tension, action and horror as Bryan attempts to make it through the night.
Cast of Resident Evil
