2PM’s Taecyeon and D.P. actress Won Ji An to star in new vampire drama My Heart Is Beating

South Korean pop group 2PM’s Taecyeon and Won Ji An will reportedly play the leads in upcoming vampire drama My Heart Is Beating (literal title). According to Korean tabloid Soompi, the new drama is KBS2’s new fantasy romance story in which half-human and half-vampire Seon Woo Hyul, who was unable to become human due to a one-day difference amidst 100 years, starts to live together with Joo In Hae, a woman who has no humane side, and find true warmth.

Taecyeon will take on the role of half-human and half-vampire Seon Woo Hyul, an oddball and trendsetter who likes to try new things and has a special reason to become human. Meanwhile, Won Ji An will take on the role of cold-blooded Joo In Hae, a part-time school nurse and owner of a guest house from a poor family. After she meets Seon Woo Hyul, she grows into a warmhearted person.

 

My Heart Is Beating will soon begin filming. The drama is likely to premier in the second half of 2023.
