Vijay Varma reflects on wrapping Matka King with emotional post: “Never been so immersed in a story”
Actor Vijay Varma has completed shooting for his upcoming series Matka King. He shared a post on Instagram with photos from the final day on set, reflecting on his experience and the bond he formed with the project.
“Matka King wrapped! Never been so immersed in a story/character for this long. It's been a great journey... You'll all get to witness it when it releases on @primevideoin. Big love to the entire crew. Missed you on the last day @nagraj_manjule sir,” wrote Vijay.
Directed by the visionary Nagraj Manjule, Matka King explores the rise of a gambler in post-independence Mumbai and promises an intense, rooted narrative. Known for pushing boundaries with every project, Vijay’s portrayal is expected to bring both grit and soul to the screen.
