Tanishk Bagchi opens up on his first solo album for Akshay Kumar starrer Sky Force

Renowned music composer Tanishk Bagchi, known for crafting chart-topping songs and recreations, is all set to make waves with his first solo album in Maddock Films' highly anticipated Akshay Kumar-starrer, Sky Force. The composer steps into his debut solo album with an original soundtrack, blending patriotism, emotion, and Bollywood charm.

Sharing his thoughts on this milestone, Tanishk said, "After a very beautiful journey and creating a mix of originals and recreations for films, I finally decided to take up my first solo film. I would say the credit goes to Maddock Films because the kind of scripts they are working on really makes you feel hungry as an artist to give your full potential. Taking up Sky Force was a decision purely out of the love of the story, and I hope people feel the pulse of the film through its narrative and, of course, the music. I’ve really worked hard and tried to create melodies that will touch the audience, keeping the patriotism alive through the compositions, and, of course, a fun dance number, which I think every Bollywood film needs."

 

Tanishk's foray into creating a complete soundtrack for a film marks a significant chapter in his career. With Sky Force, he promises a sonic experience that encapsulates the film's emotional depth, patriotic fervor, and quintessential Bollywood energy.

 

Coming to the film, backed by Maddock Films and starring Akshay Kumar as an air force pilot and is inspired by true events. Known as a historical war film directed by Abhishek Anil Kapur and Sandeep Kewlani, the film also features Veer Pahariya in his acting debut, alongside Sara Ali Khan and Nimrat Kaur in key roles. Based on India's retaliatory attack on the Sargodha airbase of Pakistan in the Indo-Pakistani air war of 1965, the film is slated to release on January 24, ahead of India’s Republic Day.
