Ranveer Singh shields Deepika Padukone in Jamnagar as crowd mobs the Bollywood couple following pregnancy announcement, watch
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh found themselves amid a crowded situation in Jamnagar as they arrived at the airport for the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The couple was mobbed by fans as earlier in the day the actress and the actor officially announced Deepika's pregnancy. The couple will welcome their first child in September 2024.
The Bollywood couple left for the festivities on Thursday evening from Mumbai to Jamnagar when the overwhelming crowd swarmed around them. In videos capturing the incident, Ranveer Singh can be seen shielding Deepika Padukone, ensuring her safety amidst the chaos.
Another video saw some fans rushing towards Ranveer Singh as they were excited to meet him and congratulate him. The actor obliged a few fans and hugged them! The couple was twinning in white at the airport.
Shah Rukh Khan and his entire family, Janhvi Kapoor, Manushi Chhillar, Rani Mukerji, Boney Kapoor, Atlee Kumar and Orry also arrived for the pre-wedding festivities.
The pre-wedding celebrations of Mukesh Ambani's son, Anant Ambani, and Viren Merchant's daughter, Radhika Merchant, are all set to kick off in March 2024. The wedding festivities will be taking place from March 1 to 3 in Jamnagar, Gujarat. It will be a star-studded affair with the presence of renowned figures from the entertainment industry. Amongst the biggies include international icons like Rihanna and magician David Blaine, while homegrown talents including Arijit Singh, Ajay-Atul, and Diljit Dosanjh will be serenading the guests!
