Koffee With Karan Season 7 is candidly taking viewers a step closer to the secrets of celebrities week after week. In its eleventh episode, the conversations turned steamy as Anil Kapoor and Varun Dhawan had conversations about marriage, relationships and competition in the industry. During the episode, Varun opened up about how he felt that Karan Johar not casting him in his recent projects. During the rapid fire round, when Karan asked Varun which Bollywood celebrity ‘brags the most’, he named Arjun Kapoor. Anil interrupted saying that he should not be saying such things about his nephew. Varun said, “Shaukeen aadmi hai (He’s a man of culture).”

Varun also said that Arjun Kapoor is a big flirt and a gossip monger. While Anil was surprised about the flirting part, Varun said, “Arjun karta hai flirt kabhi kabhi (Arjun flirts occasionally).” A surprised Karan asked, “Really? Is he sliding into people’s DMs?” To which, Varun replied, “Once in a while, it’s all fine.”

 

Arjun Kapoor has been dating Malaika Arora for a couple of years now and they have been quite public about their relationship. A concerned Anil then told Varun, “Uska break-up ho jayega (He might have a breakup now).” Varun replied, “Nahi nahi, woh nahi hoga (No, that won’t happen).”

 

To make amends, Varun Dhawan praised Arjun which Karan said he will cut from the show. “Don’t make it up now, uski baja bhi raha hai aur…” Anil said. Varun eventually won the hamper to which Anil reacted by saying, “I would rather lose the hamper than the friend.”

 

On the work front, Varun Dhawan has Bhediya, Bawaal and a few more projects in the pipeline.
