Bollywood couple Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover often share lovely glimpses of their daughter, Devi, on their social media. In a recent interview, Karan revealed how they decided to name their daughter Devi.

While talking to Instant Bollywood, Karan said that Bipasha and he met an astrologer friend of theirs, who asked them if they had been to the sacred place of Vaishno Devi.

 

The astrologer friend advised the pair to pay a visit to Vaishno Devi and write a letter to the Goddess stating their wishes. She also instructed them to be thankful for whatever gifts God has showered upon them.

 

Bipasha and Karan paid a visit to Vaishno Devi on November 23, 2021, and Bipasha soon became pregnant after they returned. Devi's due date was initially set on November 23, 2022. The couple named her Devi because of this wonderful coincidence.

 

Karan Singh Grover married Bipasha Basu in 2016. Devi was born with a certain heart condition, which was successfully cured through surgery.
