Halloween season is here to unleash the fashion beast and decked up in the scariest and craziest ensembles. There is no set costume for Halloween; you are free to dress however wacky and crazy you choose and use humorous or eerie makeup. Over the past several years, Halloween has grown to be more and more of a "festival" in India due to the large number of young Indians and celebrities that dress up in costumes. Witches, super heroes, and princesses are frequently seen with western-style clothing. At the activist Orhan Awatramani's Halloween party on October 29, Saturday, young actors and star kids Aryan Khan, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Shanaya Kapoor, Ibrahim Ali Khan, and others were sighted. Last night, the party—which was hosted in a well-known club in Mumbai—was attended by some of Bollywood's most well-known stars. It's interesting to note that Janhvi Kapoor chose to attend the party as Morticia Addams, a fictional character from the television and movie series The Addams Family.

For the party, Janhvi took the gothic approach and served up a hefty dose of glam while dressing as Morticia Addams. She was dressed in a calf-length, fitted rib knit dress with a straight hem and a Sweetheart neckline. The strapless midi dress was the ideal complement to the diva's form. She matched her attire with a pair of black pumps. Janhvi chose an oxblood lip, a dramatic, dark smokey eye, and black nails for her makeup. Her contemporary style combines the classic dark gothic shadows with a dash of sheen and colour to create an edgy yet refined face. She had a sexier, more glam-infused appearance that was delightful to wear for a night out on the town. Janhvi completed her appearance by letting her straight hair hang loose. On Instagram, she posted a number of photos of herself and her friends Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, and Orry. She used the ghost emoji as her caption and wrote "boo."

 

Meanwhile on work front, Janhvi will be next seen in Mili, produced by Janhvi Kapoor's dad Boney Kapoor, marking their first project together. The film is set to hit the theatres on November 4 and stars Manoj Pahwa and Sunny Kaushal in the lead roles. Janhvi Kapoor has several other projects in the pipeline including Mr. and Mrs. Mahi, alongside Rajkummar Rao. She will also be seen in Bawaal with Varun Dhawan. This is for first the actors will be sharing screen space together.
