Box Office: Second Weekend collections of Salman Khan's Kick beats Chennai Express

 

It's been two weeks since the release of Kick featuring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez. The film which marks the directorial debut of producer Sajid Nadidadwala has had an unopposed run at the box office since its releases.

In this Box Office analysis we take a look at the second weekend collections of Kick while comparing it to the collections of previously released films. Though this year (2014) has seen many films make it through to the second week, Kick ranks as the third Highest Second Weekend Grosser collecting Rs.34.02 crores. while the film out beats previous releases like Chennai Express that collected Rs. 25.23 crores, Holiday that collected Rs. 19.52 crores, Ram Leela that collected Rs. 18.1 crores, it falls short of other big releases like Dhoom 3 that collected Rs.38.85 crores and Krrish 3 that collected Rs. 39.74 crores.

 

However since the film continues to run in theatres with this week still remaining, what's left to see is whether Kick manages to set new records and become the all time highest grosser.
