Box Office: Padmaavat is the 6th highest All Time Week 2 grosser

The Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial Padmaavat released two weeks ago. Starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor the film has been doing brisk business despite the hurdles it faced in the run upto its release. Now after a two week run Padmaavat has managed to rank as the sixth highest second week grosser.

Collecting Rs. 69.50 cr the business of Padmaavat has surpassed the collections of previous releases like Dhoom 3 that collected Rs. 68.33 cr, Krrish 3 that collected Rs. 59.48 cr, 3 Idiots that collected Rs. 55.79 cr, Bajirao Mastani that collected Rs. 55.70 cr, and Kick that collected Rs. 51.02 cr. However, the business of Padmaavat does not manage to surpass the collections of certain other release like Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion that collected Rs. 143.25 cr, Dangal that collected Rs. 115.96 cr, PK that collected Rs. 95.78 cr, Bajrangi Bhaijaan that collected Rs. 87.63 cr and Tiger Zinda Hai that collected Rs. 85.51 cr.

 

But if that wasn't all, given the fact that Padmaavat is now seeing a release in certain locations where it had been stalled, the business of the film is expected to grow.
