Box Office: Mom surpasses OK Jaanu, becomes the 14th highest grosser of 2017

 

The Ravi Udyawar directed film Mom starring Sridevi, Akshaye Khanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui hit screens a week ago. After opening on a decent note the film which received rave reviews from the critics and audience alike began to witness growth in business.Box Office: Mom surpasses OK Jaanu, becomes the 14th highest grosser of 2017

 

In this box office report, we take a look at the collections of Mom while comparing the same to the previous releases of 2017. Not surprisingly Mom that has already collected Rs. 23.8 cr has surpassed the lifetime collections of the Shraddha Kapoor – Adity Roy Kapur starrer Ok Jaanu that hit screens earlier this year. On the other hand, Mom that has by far been rather stable at the box office still does not manage to out beat other releases of 2017.

 

However, considering the fact that Mom still continues to run in theaters, all that is left to be seen is whether the film does manage to surpass other releases that have hit screens this year or not.
