'Silence Please' launched

The mahurat of Brady Films' Silence PleaseThe Dressing Room will take place today at Brabourne Stadium. One of the most successful of the former Indian captains, Mr. Ajit Wadekar will sound the clapperboard. The movie is a screen adaptation of well known English play The Dressing Room. The fiction is about a goodwill cricket match between India and Pakistan being played at Srinagar. But there are facts staring at the fiction like the threat of a terrorist attack, the fear of the terror sneaking into the stadium. The film also dabbles into the little known realism of the most popular sport in the country. Salil Ankola, Sonali Kulkarni, Alekh Sangal, Tom Alter and Arif Zakaria play the lead roles in the movie, which would be completed in one schedule. Slated for release in March 2003, the movie is produced by Pavan G. Morarka-Anmol Saxena and Sanjay Srinivas is the writer-director.
