Close on the heels of Hrithik Roshan and Suzanne Khan's divorce, here comes yet another couple who are now 'officially' separated. We are talking about well-known filmmaker Priyadarshan and his actress-turned-entrepreneur wife Lissy.

Even though there were reports in the media for quite some time regarding the trouble in their marriage, it's only now that Lissy has officially announced their divorce. She released a statement yesterday stating "It is with profound sadness that I am announcing that I and Priyadarshan have decided to get separated after 24 years of marriage. I have filed for divorce today (Monday) in Chennai family court. Both our children and close friends are aware of this decision."

Priyadarshan chose not to comment on the matter.
