Ekta Kapoor launches her fashion label 'EK'

Balaji headhoncho, Ekta Kapoor after producing films and ruling the small screen for over a decade, has now decided to venture into the fashion segment with her signature label 'EK'.

 

Ekta Kapoor made a formal announcement today at a press conference in Mumbai, launching the label that features women's clothes and accessories, with lead actors from her shows, namely Sakshi Tanwar, Anita Hassanandani, Divyanka Tripathi, Paridhi Sharma, Sriti Jha & Karan Patel.

Ekta Kapoor's signature line will be available on Best Deal TV, India's first celebrity-driven 24/7 Home Shopping Channel started by Shilpa Shetty Kundra along with her husband Raj Kundra, Akshay Kumar with Sonakshi Sinha too as the co-owner. It will be aired nationwide from March 18 onwards.

 

Says Ekta Kapoor, "I've always looked to venture into new territories and with my label. I hope to reach out to women across the country. 'EK' is an endeavor to make fashion accessible and affordable".
