Big B, Deepika and Irrfan to star in Piku

Shoojit Sircar, whose last film Madras Cafe got him worldwide critical acclaim, is now all set to be back with a great gala offering in the form of Piku.

The film's first schedule is set to begin this August and it will be produced by MSM Motion Pictures in association with Saraswati Entertainment Creations Limited and Rising Sun Films. Said to deal with a different take on the relationship of a father and daughter played by Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone, the film will also feature Irrfan Khan in a very important role.

 

Directed by Shoojit Sircar, Piku is slated for release on April 30, 2015.
