Akshay Kumar returned from his Cape Town vacation this past weekend and has already kick started PadMan promotions. The actor along with Sonam Kapoor attended Zee Marathi’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa – Ghe Panga Kar Danga grand finale on Sunday night. Akshay was not the guest but also sang a Marathi song.

Akshay Kumar enthralled the audience by singing the Marathi song 'Dhagala Lagli Kala.' As Sonam Kapoor live streamed the moment, the audience was heard cheering for Akshay as he continued speaking in Marathi and song the entire song. Annu Kapoor was also a part of the gala affair. Sonam even clicked a cheeky selfie with Akshay before he went onstage to sing.
Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar is busy with PadMan promotions. Directed by R Balki and produced by Twinkle Khanna, PadMan is based on a real-life story of a social entrepreneur, Arunachalam Muruganantham, who took it up to himself to provide low-cost sanitary napkins to women from poor economic states across rural India. The film also stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte. It is slated to release on January 26, 2017.
