CONFIRMED: Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again to clash with Rajinikanth’s 2.0 2 : Bollywood News

With the much awaited and much-hyped Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 releasing on Diwali, this year’s Diwali is going to be really special and exciting. The ace filmmaker Rohit Shetty has only upped the excitement by announcing that his upcoming film Golmaal Again will be a Diwali release, thus, putting an end to all the earlier speculations.

CONFIRMED: Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again to clash with Rajinikanth’s 2.0

The said news was confirmed by Shibasish Sarkar, the Chief Operating Officer of Reliance Entertainment, who are jointly producing Golmaal Again with Rohit Shetty. Shibasish Sarkar said that Golmaal Again had created huge curiosity and demand among the exhibitors and distributors of the country. It was based on their demand that they decided on a wide-scale release in the Diwali weekend of 2017, which happens to be the festival period that was apt for families and children. As per the reports, the team of Golmaal Again is presently shooting in Hyderabad. Post which, they will be shooting another schedule in Ooty towards the end of May or early June with a break before they start the next schedule.

Directed by Rohit Shetty, Golmaal Again stars Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Khemu, Tabu, Parineeti Chopra, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Sanjay Mishra, Johnny Lever, Mukesh Tiwari and Prakash Raj.
