This year we’ve witnessed a surge of movies that were made in 3D, some cracking the box-office open and some just skimming the surface. The latest film to join the 3D bandwagon is, the fourth installment of the Resident Evil franchise aptly named Resident Evil: Afterlife. Based on the immensely popular game, the film is the first after Avatar to be shot on James Cameron and Vincent Pace’s fusion camera system. The movie is all set to release worldwide on the 10th of September.
The plot of the film revolves around the world which is ravaged by an infectious virus and victims are turned into the undead, Alice (Milla Jovovich) continues to find survivors and lead them to safety. With her battle with the Umbrella Corporation she finds an unexpected help from an old friend, Claire Redfield played by Ali Larter, who starred opposite Salman Khan in Marigold.
