Priyanka met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi to invite him to an upcoming conference of Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (PMNCH). Styled by Ami Patel, she opted for the ethereal and always chic white, a classic mulmul appliqué & dori hand embroidered kurta from Shahaan-e-Khaas from Rohit Bal. She teamed it with a delicate bindi, golden metallic sandals, a bindi, textured hair with a middle parting, bright lips and bold eyebrows, courtesy makeup and hair stylist Florian Hurel. The soothing white is such a summer classic and we love how she kept the minimal vibe going.
Kick-starting the promotions of Raazi, Alia who was styled by Ami Patel and Sanjay Kumar Dauhaliya chose Alia donned an Anita Dongre blue suit from the Spring Summer 2018 collection featuring traditional Rajasthani embroideries of gota patti, dori, pearl and zardozi with a churidar and matching dupatta. Strappy metallic sandals, statement earrings from Azotiique were in perfect tandem with a barely-there makeup, courtesy makeup artist Puneet Saini and soft waves, courtesy hair stylist Priyanka Borkar. Effortless chic as always, Alia rarely dons the traditional Indian wear but when she does, she makes a sartorial case for the contemporary cuts and silhouettes, exemplified by this stunning Anita Dongre ensemble.
