The actor recently took to X and Instagram Stories to share a brief but poignant message, condemning the paparazzi and calling for privacy for the mourning family during this difficult time.

In the tweet, Vijay Varma wrote, "Please leave the grieving family alone.. it’s not easy anyway for them. Thoda toh grace rakho media walon (accompanied by folded hands emoji)."

Notably, Varun Dhawan took to social media on Wednesday to speak out against paparazzi for directing cameras at Malaika's grieving close ones following the death of her father. The Baby John actor expressed his anger with the paparazzi and said, “It is the most insensitive thing to point cameras in the face of people who are grieving, please.

“Please consider what you are doing and how it affects those in mourning. I understand it's your job, but remember that people might not be comfortable with this," he added further, including the hashtag 'humanity' in his post.

Malaika Arora's father, Anil Mehta, died on Wednesday morning. Later in the evening, the actress resorted to social media to give an official statement on behalf of her entire family.

On Thursday, September 12, Malaika Arora’s father’s final rites were held at the Santacruz Hindu Crematorium in Mumbai. Various industry figures, including Arbaaz Khan with his wife Sshura Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, and her husband Saif Ali Khan, among others, gathered to support the actress during this challenging time.
