Udaariyaan producer Sargun Mehta pens heartfelt messages to pre-leap cast including Priyanka Chahar Chaudhary, Ankit Gupta, Hitesh Bharadwaj, and Twinkle Arora

Sargun Mehta and Ravie Dubey are currently producing one of the most popular Colors’ show Udaariyaan under their banner Dreamiyata.

Sargun Mehta and Ravie Dubey are all set to unfold the new phase in their show Udaariyaan with a leap from tonight. Commemorating the memories of the original cast before the leap, producer Sargun Mehta took to her social media to express her gratitude towards Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Ankit Gupta, Isha Malviya, Karan Grover, Twinkle Arora, Hitesh Bharadwaj, Sonakshi Batra, Rohit Purohit, Vivian Dsena for portraying the memorable roles, while also offering words of encouragement to the new actors Alisha Parveen, Aditi Bhagat, Anuraj Chahal, who will be playing the leads post the leap.

For the unversed, last week, the makers of the popular Colors show introduced the new star cast who will be playing the role of Alia, Aasma, and Armaan in a fun promo. Now, as an ode to the previous star cast of the show, Sargun penned a heartfelt message to each of them and shared a video compilation of it on her social media. To Priyanka Chahar, who played the lead two years ago, she said, “She didn’t play the character of tejo, she made it iconic. This message is a year too late but i had to put it out there. Thank you for being such a strong pillar of Udaariyaan. We love you and hope you know you have a family in us.” Further talking about Ankit Gupta, who is also working with them for Junooniyatt now, she continued, “You were the 1st audition we saw for Udaariyaan and it felt like Fateh and you were a match made in heaven. And now you are killing it as jahaan everyday. Dreamiyata is and will always be your family. Love love and love to you.”

Other messages were also written to Isha Malviya, who essayed Harleen as well as Jasmine even post leap and Karan V Grover. “We could have never got A better jasmine / harleen.. Tu bass best mein best hai. We love you. We shall miss you,” Mehta said to Isha whereas she also expressed gratitude to Karan in her note, “Humne Kaha thode hafton ka track hai aaja. par angad ko kitna bada bana diya ki jaane na de paaye tumhe (We told you it was only a track for few weeks but you made it so big that we couldn’t let you go). My friend and now a part of dreamiyata family. We cant wait to have you back.”

As for the current leads, Twinkle Arora, Hitesh Bhardwaj, and Sonakshi Batra, Sargun she dedicated messages saying, “Thank you for playing Nehmat with all your heart and soul.. We your family shall wait to reunite with you soon.” She added, “You nailed as Ekam nd lived the character you have magnificient performance nd proved that you are adroit in acting. I appreciate you & all the efforts I will miss you as Ekam. Thank you for being ekam. You shall be missed... Love from me and ravi.” She concluded, “Wishing the best naaz The best of the best forever. thank you for being a part of the Udaariyaan family.”

She also penned heartfelt notes to the two major appearances of Rohit Purohit and Vivian DSenna, both, who played love interests to Twinkle aka Nehmat as she added, “You were a surprise package to us. So good ki kitna bhi bura bana lo banda achcha hi lagega. Superb actor and a superb human. Thank you for being a part of the Udaariyaan family,” she told Rohit and further penned a message to her friend, “Yaaron ka yaar , hamaara Superstar vivian dsena. Thank you for being our rock solid support and being the best sartaj ever. we love you.”

Further she also penned a message for the new cast saying, “You 3 have really big shoes to fill.. par waqt aa gaya hai apna jalwa dikhane ka... rock it superstars. Let the show begin”
