Sonam Kapoor was the HAPPIEST bride at her Mehendi ceremony which took place yesterday at her dad Anil Kapoor’s home. The entire home was lit up in fairy lights but bride and her team comprising cousins Janhvi, Khushi, Anhusla, Shanaya and her sister Rhea Kapoor shone brighter than all of them. We have all the inside details of the day gone by. There was food, music and a lot of Punjabi style masti. The entire Khandaan was dancing to the tunes of hit Bollywood songs, including Sonam’s own ‘Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai’, among others. Papa Anil Kapoor could not help but control himself as he shook his leg with Sonam’s aunts. Sunita Kapoor, who is usually reticent, was seen grooving. Rhea had switched on her party mood and was looking beyond happy.
The food and drinks in the house were supplied throughout the night and Sonam’s friend and India’s top designer Masaba Gupta was seen indulging herself. Sonam and Anand too did a cute waltz for the guests. Judging by Sonam’s glow we think she sure was on the top of the world! Just a few minutes ago, a picture of her waking up in pyjamas is shared on social media. The bride looks resplendent as ever. Today, there is going to be a big sangeet night in plush five star at BKC, Mumbai. Everyone from Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez and cousins Anshula and Shanaya are going to dance. Karan Johar’s special performance too will be highly awaited. According to the invite, the wedding will take place at Sonam’s aunt Kavita Singh’s bungalow Rockdale in Bandra followed by a reception in The Leela, Mumbai.
