Priyanka Chopra is dominating the world and how! After starring in a romantic comedy for Netflix, Isn’t It Romantic, PC is now all set to star in a Bollywood film after a really long time. It is Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink and also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim. While we’ve seen Farhan Akhtar and Priyanka Chopra’s chemistry in Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do, it will be a lot of fun to see how Zaira fits in the puzzle.
The movie’s plot is based around a couple who lose their kid to an incurable disease. But, instead of mourning their death, the couple decided to celebrate life that the person has led. With this unconventional take, this movie is surely an anticipated one. The star cast has recently begun shooting after Priyanka Chopra flew back in India for her brother, Siddharth Chopra’s engagement. She shared a picture on her Instagram where the cast and the director are seen enjoying and basking the sunshine in all its glory. Apart from these two projects, Priyanka was also seen featuring in Jonas Brothers’ comeback video ‘Sucker’. The band came together after almost a decade long hiatus and the music video features all the three J-sisters.
