One can easily say the year 2018 saw some of the biggest weddings ever. Our very own Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra tied the knot to the love of her life Hollywood pop star Nick Jonas on December 1st in Christian service and on December 2nd following the Hindu rituals. The beautiful wedding ceremonies took place at the picturesque location of Umaid Bhavan Palace in Jodhpur in presence of both of their families. As the couple is enjoying their marital bliss, they hosted a Mumbai reception for media on Wednesday, December 19.
Tonight, the actress and her hubby are hosting a wedding reception and party for the Bollywood A-listers and industry folks. Priyanka's Mujhse Shaadi Karogi co-star Salman Khan arrived in style looking dapper. Veteran actress Hema Malini, music maestro AR Rahman and his wife, filmmakers Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Mukesh Bhatt, David Dhawan, actress Sonali Kulkarni with family arrived for the reception.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who are also enjoying their new marriage, arrived together twinning in black. Deepika looked drop dead gorgeous in her Sabyasachi Mukherjee lehenga whereas Ranveer looked dapper in a black kurta.
Badminton stars and newlyweds Saina Nehwal and Parupalli Kashyap made a stunning entry as they new bride looked stunning in gold lehenga. Shabana Azmi too is in attendance tonight. Kajol arrived with veteran singer Asha Bhosle. Madhu Chopra, Priyanka's mom, looked regal as she arrived dressed in an Indian ensemble. Kangana Ranaut, veteran actress Rekha, Vidya Balan and husband Siddharth Roy Kapur, Tusshar Kapoor, Jeetendra are in attendance as well. Sister Parineeti Chopra looked beautiful a golden lehenga.
Sara Ali Kha, Janhvi Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Priyanka's Kaminey co-star Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput, Kartik Aaryan, Sanjay Dutt, Dil Dhadakne Do co-star Anil Kapoor, Urmila Matondkar were in attendance among others.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra will be next seen in Shonali Bose's next film, The Sky Is Pink which stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim.
