The trailer of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was launched with much fanfare. It was one of the biggest events of the year and not just Salman Khan but the entire star cast, comprising Pooja Hegde, Bhumika Chawla, Palak Tiwari, Shehnaaz Gill, Vinali Bhatnagar, Jassie Gill, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam and Jagapathi Bapu were present and so were director Farhad Samji, Zee Studios’ CBO Shariq Patel and singers Sukhbir, Palak Mucchal and Payal Dev.

Salman Khan was the first one to speak and he said, "I hope people appreciate the film. I also hope they like it and they go to see it again. It’s a very typical Hindustani film. It has romance like it's seen in Sooraj Barjatya films. It is also a bit along the lines of the films of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Lekin, Sooraj ki film mein itna violence aur action nahin hota hai jitna hamari film mein hai!”

The host then complimented Salman Khan for being in his best shape. To which Salman jokingly replied, “Is that a compliment?” The anchor answered in the affirmative and remarked that even after putting in a lot of effort, many are not able to achieve such a body.

Salman Khan, on this, replied, “Isme effort tha dengue aur Covid ka! Agar body banani hai, toh Covid aur dengue hona bahut zaroori hai, climax ke pehle!”

In October 2022, the news had come out that Salman Khan was down with dengue. It is believed that Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’s climax was shot some weeks after he fell ill.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan was earlier titled Bhaijaan and at one point, Sajid Nadiadwala was involved with the film as the producer. But after Salman and Sajid Nadiadwala disagreed on some fronts, the superstar decided to make the film under his banner, Salman Khan Films.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is all set to release on Eid 2023, that is, April 21.
