The Bollywood power couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal celebrated the significant occasion of Karwa Chauth yesterday, a traditional Hindu celebration where married women fast from sunrise to moonrise for the well-being and longevity of their spouses. The celebration had the internet buzzing with excitement. The pair married on December 9, 2021, in a private ceremony, let followers into their happy celebration of love and tradition by posting pictures from their celebrations on social media. And like any women on Karwa Chauth, this couple was done out in all the traditional finery, with the solah shringaar as standard attire for a married. Katrina Kaif wore a stunning Sabyasachi saree as a drape for her first Karwa Chauth celebration.

The vivid orange saree included an elaborately decorated border along with the customary embroidery that is characteristic of the style. However, the blouse's combination gave this saree a very stylish, contemporary edge. She eschewed the monochromatic look in favour of a fully blooming red flowery top with golden embroidery that created a striking contrast. We were able to recognise a Sabyasachi top because of its distinctive plunging neckline and trademarked sleeve length. Not surprisingly, since she trusted him with her most significant day as well, she chose the designer for her Karwa Chauth event. She accessorised it with sindoor, mangalsutra, and golden jhumkas. The first picture, taken from their home balcony, had Katrina and Vicky smiling and posing for the camera.

Vicky sported a rugged look with long beard and wore a white kurta. He held Katrina close as both posed for the perfect couple photos. There was also a family selfie, where Vicky's parents, Sham Kaushal and Veena Kaushal, joined the couple. Moon was also seen in the background.
