Akshay Kedari, who calls himself as 'John Abraham's biggest admirer' in his Twitter (X) bio, posted a footage of himself with John. In a 'dream come true moment', the fan not only celebrated his birthday with John by cutting a customized cake, but also received a nice present from the actor.

Akshay said how his favourite actor brightened his day by spending his birthday with him. John gave him shoes costing over Rs. 22000 as a birthday gift. While posting images of the gifts, Akshay tweeted, “@TheJohnAbraham sir gifted me this premium Italian riding shoes on my birthday...worth ₹22.5K... Thank you so much sir.”

Videos showing John and his fan cutting the cake outside his Mumbai office, as well as the actor assisting him in wearing his new shoes by leaning down and tightening the shoe laces with his own hands, have appeared on paparazzi and fan accounts.
