Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt’s production Vishesh Films has given a platform to several newbies. After their last production venture, Raaz: Reboot that hit screens in 2016, they began work on their next venture Jalebi which is touted to be a new age love story. Now, we have the first look from the film in which Rhea Chakraborty and Varun Mitra share a passionate kiss.

Whenever the Bhatts have presented the audiences with their offering, it has been a soulful and emotional tale with memorable music. People leave the theater hall with stirred feelings and a song in their heart. With two talented actors at the forefront, the Bhatts return with Jalebi, this October: a new age and courageous take on love! The movie stars debutante Varun Mitra and Rhea Chakraborty. The first look is at the train station where Rhea leans out of the window to share a passionate kiss with Varun Mitra.

Mahesh Bhatt says, “Jalebi tells you how to live in an age of bewilderment when the old stories have collapsed and no new story has yet emerged to replace them?.”

Directed by debutant Pushpdeep Bhardwaj, Jalebi is a taste of everlasting love. It is written by Kausar Munir. Mahesh Bhatt & Vishesh Films present Jalebi, releasing on 12th October.
